Absolutely YES it can be reversed. I am not a Doctor or Medical Professional in any way, shape or form..I was diagnosed in June of 2017 with Type 2 Diabetes. I was hospitalized with a Sugar of 500+ and a A1C of 14.8 .. His only recommendation was for me to begin a regimen of the following ..2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 /2 - 1 Teaspoon of Baking Sod aMix in a small cup and drink 3 times a day A splash of Lemon for taste if you wish You can add it to water if you want to but it is not necessary Once you have achieved your goal you can cut back to once or twice a day, I still drink it twice a day .Keeping your body Alkaline is key to fighting any disease as nothing can live is a high alkaline environment, Not even Cancer. I am in no way suggesting this will stop or cure cancer in any way.. I do know I am healthier than I have been in 15 years.. That is not disputable..THIS alone will not reverse your Diabetes, you have to adjust your diet and activity level. A very high protein diet is key to reaching your goal. 

Veggies, Meat, Cheese and eggs are a great basic high protein diet. You will want to do some sort of activity a few times a week. be it running, walking or whatever you choose will be more than adequate . Once you have reached your goal, you MUST have your stats checked by a lab, this is not debatable.. Be sure you talk to your Doctor about any and all changes you make to diet, activity or medication..I can tell you following the above protocol my A1C is now 5.3 and my sugar is absolutely consistent at 120 or below. 5.6 is where diabetes most doctors would like for your A1C to be .. Your Doctor will go over all of this with you..

Just to share my personal experience with diabetes and how I have been keeping sugar levels under check. I do NOT take (and have NEVER taken) ANY medicines (for blood sugar control).
20th June 2016, I went to Sakara hospital for regular checkup and I discovered my fasting was 307 and PP 411. I had few symptoms for few months like frequent urination, giddiness after food, tiredness but keep ignoring thinking it is due to high blood pressure. My wife is diabetic since last 14 years and I have glucometer at home but somehow keep ignoring this. I do regular checkup and a year back it was normal.
I am 42 years old, IT professional and do social drinking and smoking. I am not very much found of sweet but use to eat whatever I like.
This report put me on shock and I wasn’t expecting this. Doctor suggested medication and so all my friends. I was hesitant to start medication and wanted to give a try to control this.
21st June Evening 5:00 PM, I checked my sugar and it was 435.
I start searching internet and found one blog where that person could control his sugar with diet control and activities. This gave some confidence and then I found a book by Dr Biswaroop Roy “diabetes type i & ii cure in 72 hours” and I read this book. I got some determination that I need control without pill and I can do it.
Next thing I did, I installed an app “Sugar sense” to record all my readings.
Since my June test didn’t have HB1AC, so I took this test on 5th July. Here are few reading
5th July HA1BC 10.8
10th August HA1BC 7.1
16th Oct 2016 HA1BC 6.1
18th Dec 2016 HA1BC 5.5
What I did and I suggest:
1) Keep it simple and what you can follow consistently. Don’t do too many drastic changes
2) Stay positive and believe in yourself. I keep reminding myself, that I can control this and I have to do this and I can do this. Even though for few days, I didn’t see it coming down, but I maintained positive-ness and hope in my mind.
3) Change your food habits
  • Stop or minimize processed food. First couple of months, I stopped all junk food.
  • I stopped rice as most rice comes polished. I start taking fox millet.
  • Increase fruit and vegetable in your diet
  • Before dinner I start eating my wonder salad – Mix 4-5 vegetable like Carrot, beetroot, radish, cucumber, onion, tomato etc and grate them, mix them and eat slowly by chewing properly.
  • Increase no of meals in small quantities. I used to eat
    • Breakfast at 7:00 AM
    • Tea @ 9:00 AM
    • Salad or soaked almond or fruit at 11:00AM
    • Lunch @1:00 PM
    • Snacks @ 5:00 PM
    • Dinner @ 8:00 PM
  • Drink plenty of water
4)Do some exercise at least 30 min and 10-15 min meditation or yoga
5)I also try to keep my body weight in check – Above helped me to lose 5-6 KG weight.
Do I follow same now?
It is good as long you can follow. I follow 50% and relaxed a bit on eating. I take sweet, ice-cream and sweet tea etc.

The case of type 2 diabetes is more complex. In this condition resistance to the effects of insulin develop, which cause multiple changes in the body including increased inflammation, increased weight, as well as high blood sugar. There is evidence that diet, exercise, weight loss, a change to low glycemic index foods and other lifestyle changes may be effective in preventing or even reversing type 2 diabetes.

Be cautious of quacks who claim some snake oil concoction will cure diabetes, this is irresponsible nonsense, denigrating the work of dedicated scientists to obtain financial gain by exploiting the fears of misinformed patients. The risks of medications for diabetes ( or any other illness) need to be balanced against the very real risks of untreated illness or illness left untreated by reliance on quackery or “natural cures” with no evidence of benefit.

Just two (all other claims are unproven alternative BS), mainly pertaining to type 2 diabetes:
  1. if overweight (especially if obese) lose weight
  2. get moving, both aerobic and resistance exercises will lower one’s insulin resistance for many hours after the exercise is finished.

Well. its not in the USA except dor one case in Seattle and that patient came from Wuhan. If there is an outbreak then washing hands, not going in to crowded places. If you get a sore throat with a fever see your doctor. Wear a mask and if its truly in your area then get a special mask that will filter the virus. Your risk or getting this virus is remote. You worrying about it now is not helpful for you.

Don't go to Wuhan or be around people with the virus. The virus is a corona virus. So it is similar to other cold viruses. Originally, it was reported it was unknown if it was transmissible from human to human. With the numbers of cases being now reported it would appear that it may be, but that is not confirmed.
It is also reported that people caring for the ill in clinics and hospitals are not getting the disease. But again, It may be to early to tell. The death rate from the disease appears to be low compared to other neuvo viruses we have seen.
The only way to avoid getting any virus is to not have contact with, or go to areas where infected people are.
I am going to update my answer after reading the news today. The virus does appear to spread from humans to humans, and 15 health care workers have come down with the disease. The concern is that this causes pneumonia.
